This program is meant to highlight the fact that all WSU Residence Dining Accounts make no sense.
All information is for 2017-18, retrieved from official website here, and verified to the best of my ability.

Even taking a very quick look at the numbers on the official site, it is easy to see that offering a
40%* discount for a base cost 51%-41% of the total plan doesn't result in any savings.

If you are from WSU Dining services and believe the output of my program to be in error, have a
satisfactory explanation for this system, or have decided to change your ways, please contact me.

I do not believe that this aspect of RDA is intentional, but the RDA system clearly needs some serious
reevaluation by Dining Services.
